Lincat Phoenix PHER01/SPH Electric 6 Zone Induction Oven Range – Single Phase

The Phoenix PHER01 is the induction oven range launched by Lincat in March 2018. This unit brings power, durability and energy efficiency at a cost effective price. Designed with 6 x 1.85kW induction zones and inbuilt pan detection which is only activated when a pan is in position, saving energy as well as money, as only the pan is heated, providing a more comfortable kitchen environment. The powerful 4kW, fan assisted oven provides fast heat up times and has a 6 x 1/1 GN capacity enabling up to six different foods to cook simultaneously and evenly. The PHER01 also features multiple internal cooling fans and overheat protection for long service life.
