Part of Zanolli’s popular Synthesis range of conveyor ovens, this is the electric version of the versatile and market-leading 11/65V model.
The electric 11/65V has, like its gas counterpart, a large belt with a width of 26″ and a cooking chamber of 42″ in length. Temperatures and speed settings can all be controlled via the unit’s simple to user touchpad. Located on the front of the oven, the touchpad gives users complete control on the cooking process, ensuring that perfectly cooked pizzas are produced every time.
The oven itself has been designed and constructed it Italy and is ideal for a wide range of establishments that want to serve a medium to high volume of pizza, such as pizzeras, takeaways and larger-scale restaurants and hotels.
